How can I manage events for different clients ?

Events on Photobooth AI are completely independent from one another. As an agency, you have the flexibility to create as many events as needed for your clients and manage them separately. Here are some key points to keep in mind:

  • Dedicated Credits: Each event has its own credit quota specifically allocated to it.
  • Independent Galleries: The image galleries associated with each event have their own unique sharing link, ensuring complete separation between projects.
  • Full Customization: Each event can be individually customized in terms of colors, photos, names, and logos to meet your clients' specific needs.

If your clients prefer more independence in managing their events (such as purchasing credits themselves or customizing the setup with their team), we recommend indeed creating a separate account for each client. This solution allows them to manage their events autonomously.

Is it possible to include a logo on generated pictures ?

Yes, it is possible to include a logo on generated pictures when creating an event. Here's how you can do it:

  • Enable Logo Watermark: In the Event Details section, go to the 3rd step and toggle the option to Enable logo watermark.
  • Upload Your Logo: In the Design step (the final step), provide the logo you want to use. Once uploaded, it will be displayed on each generated picture.

This allows you to personalize the photos with your logo, ensuring your branding is present in every image.
