1. Purpose of processing

During this event, photographs will be taken and processed using an AI-powered photobooth application (Photobooth AI). These photos may be enhanced with artificial intelligence effects and made available for you to download and share.

5. Recipients

Your photos are stored securely on servers located in the European Union (Clever Cloud, France). They are not sold or shared with third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide the service:

Replicate, Inc. (USA) — AI image processing; your photo is transferred to the United States solely for this purpose. By using the photobooth, you explicitly consent to this transfer under GDPR Art. 49(1)(a). The photo is automatically deleted from Replicate's systems within 1 hour of processing.
Brevo SAS (France, EU) — transactional email delivery, if you provide your email address
Stripe Technology Europe Ltd (Ireland, EU) — payment processing (if applicable)
Sentry (USA) — error monitoring, EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified

6. Your rights

Under GDPR Articles 15–21, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
Request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17)
